It's cozy in the kitchen time. Couldn't resist getting this book out and finally sitting down and reading through it. Great recipes for quick breads and yeast breads. Haven't tackled the yeast breads yet, but the quick breads I made are awesome. Also quite a few gluten free recipes!

I'm wondering if it would be okay to substitute whole wheat flour for recipes calling for white, bread, or cake flour.

I would have loved to see some options to substitute almond, oat, coconut, etc. flours and/or a mix of them.
