Christmas in Camelot
It begins with a simple invitation to spend Christmas Eve in Camelot, a magical place that exists only in myth and fantasy. What Jack and Annie don’t know is that the invitation will send them on a quest to save Camelot itself — not from destruction, but from being forgotten forever.

Haunted Castle on Hallow’s Eve
The castle looms dark against the light of the moon. Giant ravens circle in the sky. Merlin the magician needs someone to find out what has happened. But who is brave enough to brush the cobwebs aside and go through the heavy doors? Merlin thinks he knows the answer to these questions–Jack and Annie.

Summer of the Sea Serpent
Jack and Annie are off on another mythical mission at the request of Merlin the magician. Luckily, they have a young sorcerer, Teddy, to help them. From underwater caves to a Spider Queen, from mystical selkies to a magical sword, this is a Magic Tree House adventure kids won’t want to miss!

Winter of the Ice Wizard
Jack and Annie, joined by Teddy and Kathleen travel in the Magic Tree House to a land of snow where the Ice Wizard has captured Morgan and Merlin. The four friends must find the Ice Wizard’s missing eye . . . or is it really his heart that is missing?

My 8 year old Grandson and I are having great fun with this bestselling series for early grades ( he's in second.) The nice thing is they keep getting a little more difficult as reading skills get better . I'm always telling him to slow it down, but he thinks it's hilarious that Grandma must keep ordering books. I think there are near 60 of these , and I bet we'll get to them all, we're on a roll. Coop's Feb. 5 stars

I loved these books as a kid and I decided I wanted to read them once again and see how they hold up. Jack & Annie go on more adventures and learn new magic as Master Librarians. I like how these stories have grown with their audience. I found it ironic that the "haunted" book has thirteen chapters. And I enjoyed the introduction of our new friends Kathleen and Teddy and am looking forward to them joining in on more adventures in the future.

Happy Reading my Friends.

This story was about a boy and girl named Jack and Annie . It was earlier in the morning Jack and Annie went into the woods and climbed into the tree house and went inside. There was a note that said to go into a story and kill a monster snake . Then Jack and Annie opened the book and said That they wished they were there. Then when they reached their destination, Jack and Annie found a man. He asked them to please take him across a river. Jack and Annie agreed. They both took him home, then found a huge serpent in the river. It was very long and tall. Annie was frightened, so Jack had to fight it with the sword that Morgan gave him. The sword was very powerful, and with one hit, the serpent died. In the serpent they found a gold bracelet. They both went home, put the gold bracelet in their collection, then left. They couldn't wait to have another exciting adventure. THE END

This book swept me away to this other wonderful world. The setting was brilliantly set. I could totally see it in my mind. But the characters were definitely my favorite part. They are all so colorful, interesting, exciting, and hilarious. The main character is just perfect. The plot moved fast enough that I couldn't stop reading lest I miss something, but the author still took the time to flesh out the details. The details are what really make or break a story.

I read all but #30. I knew it was about Halloween and that I wouldn't care for it. As for the others, I loved them very much.
