I enjoyed reading the original Corduroy and found Corduroy's Trick or Treat to be just as enjoyable. I think this is such a fun book that is as perfectly sweet as it is spooky! This is such cute story about Halloween that is full of friendship, fun, and games. I think this would be a great book to read in the classroom approaching Halloween time.

Corduroy’s Trick or Treat by Don Friedman is a delightful story of friendship between Corduroy and his friends as they enjoy Halloween. The text is concise and blends nicely with the colorful illustrations. This book provides an opportunity for parents to help children learn to use pictures to make predictions. I bought a copy for each of our two grandchildren.

A nice basic story about Corduroy's Halloween. No repetition, but simple enough sentences that a toddler can memorize and "read" it on their own.

TJ loves costumes and trick-or-treating (a month after Halloween he's already thinking about what he'll dress up as the next year) and he asked for this story often.

Corduroy goes to a Halloween party with friends! They paint pumpkins and play party games, like pin the tail on the black cat. It's a very cute book.

This is a very simple little Halloween story with a classic character. It introduces some great words and Halloween themes. The pictures keep Little Bear captivated. Halloween is over and I still can't put it away because he wants me to read it ten times a day! I guess I had better dig out the Thanksgiving book soon!

It's a short read which is developmentally appropriate, and it's bright colors help to stimulate or hold a young child's attention. Perfect for ages 0-2.

My Mom bought this book for Arley. And he loves it. He made her read it at least 100 times while she was visiting.

This is a sweet board book for your young listener. The illustrations are great for those that can't read too. Who doesn't love the bear Corduroy?
