mi stavo impanicando perchè credevo di aver floppato col risolvere l'enigma e invece avevo capito bene chi fosse il ladro (prevedibile dato l'andazzo delle storie) e quella che aveva floppato è stata agatha (che poi si è ripresa e mi ha fatto capire che il mio ragionamento era corretto). so che sono gialli per bambini ed è roba prevedibile come i giochetti di logica per telefono, ma io mi diverto un mondo a seguirli e a risolvere gli enigmi i compagnia di due ragazzi, un maggiordomo e un gatto combinaguai ahah

It's the fourth book from the "Agatha: Girl of Mystery" series written by Sir Steve Stevenson. The story focuses on Agatha and her team solving another mystery. This time she will travel to the Niagara Falls where she will have to find the priceless jewels which have been stolen from the hotel room of a famous opera singer. It is believed to be the work of a notorious thief who is most wanted in Canada.
Action, adventure, wits, risk-taking, intelligence, beautiful landscapes, dense jungles, teamwork and much more can be found in this exciting story.
Mr. Stevenson can be considered the founder of detective and murder mystery novels for children through his simple style which is easy to understand. While reading each of the five volumes, the reader will also find the style of Agatha Christie (creator of the famous detectives Hercule Poirot and Miss Marple) mixed with Sir Arthur Conan Doyle (the Sherlock Holmes series), spy movies and Indiana Jones from which a masterpiece was born. Not only that his novels made us readers get out of touch of reality for a little, but they invite us to take a journey around the world too.
Adventure, trips, mysteries, bravery, cleverness and intelligence, humor are only some of the things that you’ll discover in the Agatha: Girl of Mystery series. I recommend these books not only to young readers, but to adults as well.

Certo che devono esserci state ricerche enormi per questa serie. Uffici del turismo di ogni dove, agenzie e via dicendo. Ma il risultato, specialmente per questo periodo di quarantena, è pregevole.

Mi è piaciuta l'avventura canadese. Forse un po' di più delle altre. Certo, ci son sempre poche possibilità per il lettore di indovinare il colpevole, però.

Dopo averne letti diciotto, mi sarebbe piaciuto che l'autore avesse dato un po' di passato ai due protagonisti. Insomma, che spiegasse perché quell'imbranato di Larry sia finito in una scuola per detective.

Sarà il caso di cominciare a mettere le mani anche sui volumi che RCS non ha preso in considerazione. Così continuo il giro del mondo.

Este inceputul perfect pentru o serie de carti si mai perfecta

De todos los libros que he leído de esta serie, este es el que más me ha gustado. Amé sus ilustraciones y si que el final me sorprendió, aunque tuve una pequeña sospecha de quien había sido el ladrón de joyas, me engañó la trama que dejé de pensar que era el culpable. ¡Qué sorpresa ver que no había estado equivocada!

A mystery book that I really enjoyed. Back then, if I had to give it a number of stars, I would have given it 5. But now I'm older, of course. So I gave it 3 stars. I couldn't decide between 3 or 4 stars. In the end I chose 3. I loved that series of books.

A much better plot and a bit more humour than in other books in the series. It works well as a fast-paced detective story for little sleuths. However, I am still not totally pleased with the mystery elements.

I adore these books. I appreciated the introduction of a female Mistery relative who got to assist with the entire mystery (Aunt Patricia, from the first book, only appeared in one chapter)--the stories could still stand to have more women in them, in general. Also, Eye International, Dash's detective school, is pretty dumb to not have figured out yet that Agatha is the one completing all the "homework", i.e. solving cases. But I love the character of Agatha.

One thing that I I found odd about this book was that while I thought the story would appeal to 2nd and 3rd graders, some of the vocabulary was was for much older students.

In aceasta carte este vorba despre o renumita cantareata de opera despre care stim foarte bine ca i sau furat bijuteriile de un pret inestimabil. Acest hot se numeste Ratmusqué iar ce trebuie sa faca Agata si Larrry Mistery este sa prinda hotul.Ei vor trece prin multe aventuri ca sa il gaseasca pe Ratmusqué.

Cartea merita din plin 5 stele din 5 la fel ca toate volumele din aceasta serie pentru ca prezinta intamplari foarte interesante si pline de aventura plus ca cititorii pot sa se gandeasca si ei care ar putea fi hotul cum ar putea gasi hotul si multe altele. Merita din plin ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
