I’ve never rooted for protagonists like I did for the crew in these books. They never ever catch a break but keep pushing well past their breaking points. I’m always exhausted after each major confrontation or battle. Superb writing and story.

I need to write quickly...

So that I can get to Book Seven. I'm truly amazed at the quality of writing found in this series! The author has a wonderfully descriptive style that effortlessly puts you right there where the action is. At the same time he is able to portray quiet thoughts and emotions with clarity. I read lots of zombie genre and Michael Stephen Fuchs' series is about some whole lot more than zombies!

Omnibus Two, magnificent!

This whole series, thus far, is a pulse pounding page turner. I read it at work, I read it when I should have been sleeping, I read it during meals. The action never stops and it never gets repetitious. Nothing boring or monotonous, just constant adrenaline. Can't wait to get to the next one. I'll be really sorry when it's done.
