This is a good book and I'd recommend this to everyone struggling with OCD. This book is quite exercise based and it focuses solely on the solution to help deal with OCD. It doesn't talk about the faulty brain functioning that causes OCD. If anyone would like to know more about this dreadful illness I'd recommend "Brain Loc" by Jefferey Schwartz.
