I love the concept and bought the book for all the veg and salad recipes. They are delicious.
For me the one person serving doesn't work perfect for a single it would be perfect. Some of the ingredients are hard to come by in Tanzania. Would be different in a more developed country or where you can get ingredients. Otherwise recipes have been delicious . Well worth buying if you have access to the Chinese ingredients.

It was ok but I believe that her earlier books were better.
