Tomoko Hayakawa (はやかわ ともこ, Hayakawa Tomoyo) is a Japanese artist and writer, best known for her ongoing manga The Wallflower, which has spawned both an anime and a live action series.
This one was pretty disappointing. The first chapter was this super boring, it was about Sunako trying to save an old shopping district and enlisting the guys to help her. The second chapter was odd and kind of stupid. It was about an anemic bishoen guy—who had such delicate features and long eyelashes that he actually looked like a girl—who was drawn to Kyohei because Kyohei apparently looked just like a girl this bishoen guy was in love with. Kyohei was freaked out, of course, especially when the bishoen almost forced himself on Kyohei. The only good moment of the whole Vol. 28 was that Kyohei kissed Sunako and told the bishoen that he was dating Sunako, and Sunako didn't have a nosebleed (and then after she recovered she beat Kyohei up).
The last two chapters were just about the weirdest ever. They were "bonus manga" where our own beloved characters "play" other characters with some crazy story going on. It was like Sunako or one of the guys was having a wacked out dream after eating spicy food or something, but we didn't even get that kind of reprieve.

The bonus material was actually longer than the actual story material, which was actually kind of dissatisfying. Also I don't know if anybody else's copy had a printing problem but some of my pages are so faded and then the next page will be extremely bold and then a few pages later it'll repeat
I love this series!! In this volume Sunako and the boys are trying to help the community. Will Sunako be able to help the community or will everyone be afraid of her. Also in this volume is a story of a boy that thinks Kyohei resembles a girl he likes that has moved away.
Loads of pouts (Sunako and Kyouhei) and some kick butts (Sunako to Kyouhei because he kissed her... again, to avoid the kiss from a guy).
Too bad the 2 last chapters were in a AU. I am not saying they were bad or anything, because they were good; but I would have love to read actual chapters... Anyway, it is The Wallflower so anything can happen.
Overall series review (mostly) 4 Stars - so far, I’ve still got a few to go… Additional: Like most long running series there are some duff chapters/volumes
