Needs detail

It's ok, but recipes need additional detail on ingredients and exact measurements. This would help a person who is diabetic and looking for help.

Not a lot of information here

Nothing you couldn't find on WebMD. I ,for reason, thought there would be more recipes but there were only a few.

Informative

It had a lot of information on foods but no specific plan to follow. Would have liked more details. But I did enjoy reading it for the most part.

Concise book with good recipes

A quick overview on foods that are good for diabetics. The book also has a ton of recipes to make that are good at keeping your blood sugars down.

Awesome info and exciting recipes to try! I would recommend

This book to A diabetic who is totally fed up with old info.I can't wait to add some of these herbs to my diet and to try some new simple but tasty new

There is a short and potentially useful description of diabetes in this book, but it is largely a commercial for other books.
