This was a book for my Child psych class. I wasn't impressed with the info in it or lack of info. Most research wasn't diverse and it felt like reading a really long boring essay of common sense findings. I wish there was more to it. Overall, it was okay.
This book had a lot of information in it. It covered some topics well and others not so much. It is a good guide, but does not provide much detail on some things. The charts and pictures are very helpful. It's a very expensive book and I feel like I could have got the same information from other books that are a lot cheaper.
As a reference guide it's great because it covers a little bit of everything, I particularly enjoyed their brief chapter synopsis, they basically cover the important themes of the chapter.Pro-tip for students, who can't read it all.
Such an amazing Book for any mom! ... read it as one of my master`s assignment, but "Hang any Masters!", this book is phenomenal for Parenting cute children, please. :)
