Quick and easy to read, but nothing new or ground breaking. It was more overview of all the other books about creating good habits I've ever read. Plenty of good, up-to-date suggestions for apps and equipment for change.

Having read The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg this book appears slight in comparison.

However the 3/5 should still be seen as above average. It's a decent book, it's a quick read and does contain several useful snippets of information.

There's nothing new here if you've read other books of it's ilk, but a very good plus for this book is that every short chapter concludes with some action points for one to use immediately.

This book defines habits and lists how to create good habits while recognizing bad habits and how to fix them. Most of this information is common knowledge but is often forgotten or overlooked. Also to better demonstrate habits and willpower the author listed a few true stories of peoples successes.

Boost will do just that

Of course this short Ebook can't give you the boost you need. That's up to you but it will boost your chances of improvement and knowledge on how to be more successful. Quick, clear and concise with useful ways to incorporate technology. Enjoy the summary and call to actions at the end of each chapter. Well organized and thought out.

If you like taking advantage of technology in order to boost your productivity, you will find some interesting app suggestions in this book. The shared information on the topic of productivity do not offer any new insights and the stories get quite lengthy at times. However, it is worth checking out the apps and incorporating some of them into your daily routines to get a Boost.

Good habit forming info

I chose a three out of five rating because I felt like the author beat around the bush a lot. It took too long to get to the point. But once there the info was informative.

Short and Sharp

This book synthesizes several smart principles on habit change and personal improvement. The last chapter gives advice I haven't read in any other resource, and it teaches based on scientific studies. Recommended lecture if you have little time.

An interesting book about how to change habits, what it takes to keep the new habits and what technology (apps) can help. There are apps that look interesting and apps that I wouldn't use in a million years.

The author also has a free e-pamphlet that lists almost 200 apps.

Good ideas

I got some good ideas on habits and how choose what habits are best for you. No habits fit everyone the same. Your choice of which habits will get you to your goals may be different from others.

There are some good nuggets in here, although I didn't find it as compelling as I'd hoped I would.
