I like to read a non fiction book. We saw a red panda at the zoo, his name is roshan and now he has a girl red panda to be his friend. I want to go back and see them. My favorite part of this book was the bamboo joke. I read this book by myself.

I am not going to lie to you. We had to get this book at the library after a red panda came with the Happy Meal. Don't judge me, sometimes my self selected vegetarian kid needs a plain cheese burger with no patty but extra cheese. He loved his little red panda so much. He could not get over how cute it was and named him Cutie-pie.

From this book, we learned a lot about what a red panda is. We are fascinated by how small they are and how they sleep.

If you like red pandas then you'll like this book. There are at least four total kid's books on red pandas if you're really interested. I got this book for my mom because she thinks they are adorable and I don't know of any adult books on the subject. Besides, lots of pictures work just fine. An informative book with lots of adorable pictures including the cover. Learn about them, awww at the cute pics. Great for adults or children. If you're an adult this book is good because it gives lots of pictures and gives basic info in simple terms. Be ready for cuteness overload. :D

These are one of my favorite animals. They are cute but they can be vicious.

Kait read about 75% of this, asking me to read the odd page for a break rather than it being a struggle. It’s her fav animal and I love this series of books overall.

Fascinating info about a new animal for me, the red panda. About three sentences per page in a big font. Some difficult words like "whistle" and "predator".

My son picked this book out today at Barnes and Noble. I think he confused the Red Panda for a red fox at first, but when I told him it was a Red Panda he still showed interest.

Read it for bed time tonight, it has really interesting facts about Red pandas and level 1 uses easy words to help your Littles learning to read.

We are definitely working on teaching my four four year old. He's not there yet, but I love these level 1 and up reading books. He enjoys the pictures, and with the National Georgraphic series, he learns something new.

My Review: When we were at the zoo last year I saw Red Pandas for the first time, and when we looked back at pictures Munchkin wanted to know what it was. This was a great book for us to read together. It is a level one reader, normally with these Nat. Geo Kids reader books the get a little too busy and technical, thankfully this one wasn't like that, the sentences were short and simple, most of the words were familiar and there wasn't a lot of extra information on the pages that could get distracting to those first time readers.

An early reader that introduces kids to red pandas, their activities and attributes, and their habitat.

There are very few books out there about red pandas for kids. This is the first I've ever read. And they are so very adorable! I've seen red pandas frequently in zoos, but have heard very little about what their lives are like in the wild. It turns out that's for good reason, because they're hard to find in the wild to study. Anyway, this is an adorable easy reader for kids just starting to read by themselves. (About 1st grade level.)

Adorable. It provided plenty of information about one of the cutest animals in the world in a clear and engaging way for young readers.
