The darling of the Marvel Universe gets ready for the ultimate showdown! On patrol full-time, Ms. Marvel needs to find The Inventor before he does Jersey City some real damage! But how much longer can Ms. Marvel's life take over Kamala Khan's?

This is the last part of a great arc featuring The Inventor and showing the differences between how some older generations view kids and teenagers today and also how the new generations view themselves. It's a great theme and provides some very insightful moments. Even Kamala admits that she sounds like her dad at one point, not that it's a bad thing.
This was a good at but this is far from the end for the new Ms Marvel. After all there is always another bad guy.
Ends the plot arc well, but where it moves into later is much more interesting.
(Plus, the whole Generation Why arc had a little too much worrying about millennials and stereotypes surrounding them than I'd like. Also it falls back on a few too many classic comic book tropes for an otherwise innovative book).
I don’t know why but this issue felt a bit easy to me. I just wanted more stakes, I guess. I don’t know. It’s hard to explain what’s really missing here. Either way, Kamala has become a true hero in this issue and has also taken up a leadership role. I loved getting to see her in a more group dynamic and I do overall like how this story arc got revolved. I think by the end of this issue really showed a switch into Kamala’s attitude towards being a hero and I can’t wait to see what that will mean for her in the future.
I was so in love with this issue that it's really hard for me to put into coherent sentences what it is I liked about it. So here are my general thoughts:
-I am so proud and inspired by how much Kamala has grown and matured since the first issue :') She's such a noble and honorable person and she's quickly becoming one of my favorite superheroes. You go guuuuurl. - This issue supposedly ended Kamala's run with The Inventor but I'm 1000% sure we haven't seen the last of him. -Bruno is friendship goals. -Was a bit disappointed with the final showdown between Kamala and The Inventor but it really does all make sense within the context of the story and it fits in perfectly with Kamala's character. -Dat ending tho.
Also I just really want to show appreciation for how absolutely GORGEOUS every single one of the Ms. Marvel covers have been!
Did anyone else catch the cute rat in a bowler??? the the heck?
It was a good ending to the Generation Why arc, and it was nice to have some closure on the whole Inventor thing (or do we? Dun dun dun!)
I have to say I was pretty surprised in some parts. I totally got caught up, and found myself rooting for Ms. Marvel even though I was pretty sure everything was going to end okay.
Ms. Marvel is wonderful. I can't wait to see what else is in store for her.
p.s. the letters page suggests an epic team up we've all been waiting for *fingers crossed that they're alluding to Captain Marvel!!*
Getting back into my Ms. Marvel reading, because I'm a few months behind and it's too awesome to be behind on. Had to give myself a little refresher of the prev. issues before this one.
This wraps up the Gen. Why storyline, and fractures these fantastic referential lines: "All your bots are belong to us." "Inconceivable!"
That splash page with the explosion? One of the best splash pages I have seen in a while. But what made this issue truly one of the best, were all the rats. They cracked me up. First time I laughed about rats since my rat died. Generation Why, you were great! Looking forward to the trade so I can put it in my bookshelf.
You can't do it all on your own and sometimes just to admit this and seek out help may be the best choice you'll ever make. Kamala shows us how its done with a little help from others. Satisfying conclusion to this story arc. :)
Not only Ms. Marvel teaches the importance of sticking together and seeing how maybe your views on how to tackle a fight are not always the right one. Sometimes, a change of point of view, or of size, helps the matter. And, like always, the readers' letters touched me more than the story itself.
This book gets better and better. The end of the inventor arc was great. I found Kamala so inspiring and especially in this book. I believe she is a great hero and a model to look up to.
