Word choice confuses the reader--"A4 paper" - what's that? "Word processor" - who uses this nowadays? The author, who appears to have no social service experience or education, states on one hand, "Don't fake it til you make it," but on the other, "Act as if." He also references a "carrot on a stick"--a confusing, outmoded cliche. The examples do not resonate for me and are far too longwinded. Finally, there's a lack of attunement to today's harsh world. As with too many self-help books, the author makes it all sound too easy.
