Final update. I enjoyed most of these stories a lot- a sexy way to fill some free minutes here and there!
Heat Wave by Olivia Duncan Craig - ✮.✮.✮.✮. -> Couple Kyle and Joey are stuck in a heat wave without functioning air con. Yum. Yeah it was hot. Hotter than hell, especially with Kyle's sweet, warm skin pressed against his. But suddenly, Joey didn't care. How could he bitch when Kyle's peppermint-flavored tongue was writing love poems on the inside of his mouth?
Hot Coffee by Kim Dias - ✮.✮.✮.✮.✮. -> For a shortie I'll give it five stars because it met a lot of my kinks - sweet and happy couple, role play gone wrong, true love, yummy sex and funny, endearing characters. I honestly loved the two guys, one is the owner of a coffee shop and talked his boyfriend into doing a "stranger walks into the coffee shop and will be seduced by the barista" role play which said boyfriend is totally not into and brings up sappy stuff to show him why sex with strangers isn't as much fun as with the person you love.
River Gods by Heloise West - ✮.✮.✮. -> The city of Florence, 1575 - Marco and Beltramino's story was very enjoyabe. The two submit to a formidable erotic attraction that transforms them into lovers who are stronger together than apart.
Not Water Resistant by J.J. Cassidy - ✮✮.✮. -> Very enjoyable!! // After being dumped—publicly—Neil has spent the summer either working or hiding out at the gym. Now it’s the Friday before Labor Day weekend, and Neil is confronted in the gym shower by Sal, the guy Neil would love to get to know better, and also by Sal's two friends, Barry and Curt.
Sandman and the Cookie by Dawn Kimberly Johnson - ✮.✮.✮. -> Tibor and Sandy haven’t seen each other for nearly six weeks, and they’ve kept frustration at bay with regular phone sex dates. Sandy isn’t due home for three more days, but he has a surprise for Tibor, one that will have them rocking the sheets and reminiscing about their early days together.
Voyeur-something by Briana Lawrence - ✮.✮.✮. -> Mmmm, nice one!! Jayson is distracted by his hot new neighbors and what goes on in their bedroom. It's not his fault their window is right across from his room. It's not like he wants to watch them, so why isn't he walking away?
Strangers on the Northeast Regional by Pearl Love - ✮.✮.✮. -> Like a scenario out of a romance novel, Reggie Johnson encounters a gorgeous stranger while traveling on Amtrak’s Northeast Regional line.
Lucky XIII by J. I. Radke - ✮.✮.✮. -> Mason calls a sex line as a diversion, but he doesn’t expect to like it. One call turns into many; he just needs to hear Riley’s voice. “Fantasy Phone Actors” aren’t supposed to get on a first name basis with their callers, but Riley likes Mason, because he seems like a normal guy. Then one day Riley hears the voice he’s grown to like in a downtown café, and the boundaries between professional and personal collapse.
Swim Meet by Johnny Murdoc - ✮.✮.✮. ->Adrian has no idea that his run in with Thom, the cute new pharmacy tech from work, at the gym is no accident. Thom is ready to take their workplace flirting to the next level and, after a playful competition swimming laps, he's planning a little erotic show-and-tell in the locker room. // I liked it - three sexy stars! :)
Sparks by A. Morell - ✮.✮.✮.✮. -> Mark Nanami, son of a strong and successful London gang leader, is roped into going on a double date by his older brother. Mark and his date, Ryo, clash every minute they’re together, up to the point they should be allowed to part—but then the sparks between them ignite, and they fight their way into bed. // What I love about this story are the characters and their banter at first; just my kinda thing - HOT :)
For What It's Worth by Rhidian Brenig Jones - ✮.✮. -> Man-virgin Rob finally needs to find out what he's been missing; Gay escort Aaron rises to the occasion. Quite all right read, didn't really get me though, Rob wasn't my favorite MC and well, Aaron, we know shit about him :(
What I've Been Missing by John Amory - ✮.✮.✮. -> Story about two college boys who've been living together for seven years, used to hop into bed once, then never again, until one of them needs to write something sexy involving sweets... they test the ice cream and fudge and realize just what they've been missing... // quite nice, real sticky and a bit confusing - I never knew who was doing what, or rather what their positions were, cause suddenly they were lying down, maybe? Still quite fun, with all that messy ice cream... I just don't want to see that mattress afterwards!!
Farmer in the Dell by Rob Rosen - ✮.✮.✮. -> Two naked men meet in a field.... and well, get down and dirrrty ;) Quite fun, and funny // including a barn full of sex toys. Dayum =D
An Invitation by Jay Northcote - ✮.✮.✮.✮. -> Yum, yum.. I really liked that one - sexy, kinky, office smut - I'm a happy girl :) I'd like to meet Cal too ;) /// the spanking was a nice touch, thank you.
Dial It Up by Mina Kelly - ✮.✮.✮. -> Two boys in college have phone sex. Yum. They weren't close friends but apparently they won't mind to get together over the holidays now :)
Play with Me by Lucy Whedon - ✮.✮. -> Uh. Not bad, just a bit weird for me. Sex in a toy shop during lock down. Mhm. Well like I said not bad, just not so much for me...
In Good Hands by Logan Zachary - ✮.✮. -> It was just a tad too porny for me *sigh* Doctor gets an extra appointment for a physical, they end up screwing because, well, because they can. I am not a big fan of random sex in a doctor's office plots, sorry.
2 Weeks 6 Days 2 Long by S K Manganelli - ✮.✮.✮. -> Craig & Matt, sweet couple of five years, apart in the beginning of the story, surprise visit, hot sex.
Never Kiss by Rick Bettencourt - ✮.✮. -> Tony—out of work from the Great Recession—films straight guys getting off and sells the footage on the Internet to make a living. // Sadly didn't enjoy it much... :/
Hunting by Nikki West - ✮.✮. ->Abram, an alpha werewolf, is on the Hunt. His prey is elusive, slipping through gritty gay bars and forested hills alike. It is imperative that Abram catches his prey in a timely manner, but he likes the hunt more than the catch, and his quarry clearly feels the same. /// Oh. I've been looking forward to that shifter shortie, sadly I didn't really enjoy the writing style much. The characters and story itself, otherwise, was okay! Sorry :/
Well this does exactly what it says on the tin! It's the juicy bits, a whole series of hook ups, some for the first time, others after long relationships, some by phone, the variety is never ending. There wasn't one story I disliked. I thoroughly enjoyed this anthology :-)
This anthology gives you just what the title suggests: little juicy bits of that hot, intimate moment. If you like jumping right into the action, this book is for you. There are stories of casual lovers, established couples, friends, and co-workers who are connecting in the shower, over the phone, at the office, or on a moving train, to name just a few. This book does not have to be read all at once. It can be read when you do not want to commit to a novel, as a light read, or as a palate cleanser between books. There were some instantly likable characters and stories, and others that did not quite connect with me. The stories are short, and many of them are designed so you do not know too much upfront, and it’s best not to give too much away. I will say that most of the stories do have a fulfilling your fantasy quality to them. There are many ways to write a story and many ways for characters to connect, keeping things hot and steamy. One thing is for certain, there are a lot of different views on what makes a juicy bit
There was something about this that I adored. It was straightforward and yet not in the least boring for its simplicity. I enjoyed the characters, who were likeable and believable, and the sex was totally amazing. I wouldn't mind reading more about these two and Matt's family.
These are all m/m shorts and novellas covering a broad canvas of opportunity. Less HEA and more hot hookups, but many are engaging and provide a larger pool of authors to investigate.
I especially liked “In Good Hands”, “Swim Meet”, “River God” and “Strangers on the Northeast Regional”, as these were new to me writers, and other voices that I was following, added their richness to the mix.
Sadly, no one has taken the opportunity to write connecting stories in this format, so every one seems to be stand alone. When they are well drawn, I like to know what happens later - but that is my quirk speaking.
I skipped stories from authors that rate all their books. It's not the case with those that only rate anthologies; I still don't like it but I can understand it like recognition to their co-authors.

Time to face facts: I'm never going to finish reading this. I bought it to support a friend whose story is included in this collection of - what is clear from both title and publisher - erotica. I enjoyed my friend's story (it's well-written and...filthy good), but every time I pick this up to continue, I read about three pages and give up.
So, I'm marking it as 'read' to get it off my 'currently reading' shelf - no rating. These are not bad stories, but M/M erotic romance with next to no plot is not my thing.
Very average book of its type. If you like porn without plot or much in the way of plausibility, but like man on man action you may enjoy this. Wildly fluctuating standards of writing and stories from hot and professional to mediocre fan fiction type writing (which you get oodles of on the Internet for free). Iffy editing allows Americanisms such as 'den' and very British words such as 'arse' to be used in the same story. Small point but grating.
I just really love anthologies! ♡ That was hot! Lol Some I wanted to be longer and some, well, most are new authors to me so I can't wait to look them up and read their books! :) Always a great time when reading anthologies! ♡
