Amon: becoming the leader of the divine beasts so no one can oppose their relationship, being so obvious about his feelings, telling her that she belongs to him, literally breaking stuff when she meets another man, goes to the emperor to ask for her hand in marriage, being a total simp complete with melting and blushing everytime she touches him.

Dieser Band war echt super, wenn auch einiges Unschönes passiert ist. Amons Entschluss, Blondina zu heiraten und beim König deswegen aufzukreuzen, fand ich sehe cool. Generell sein Verhältnis zu den gleichaltrigen Biestern ist witzig und liebevoll, wenn auch er schon manchmal den Anführer raushängen lässt. Durch die Zeremonie ist nun auch anderen aufgefallen, was für eine Beziehung Blondina und Amon haben, was u. a. Adellaids Eifersuchr schürt. Blondina ist bezüglich Amon noch immer etwas naiv, obwohl sie sich schon geküsst haben. Girl, seine Gefühle und sein Verhalten hat nichts mit der Paarungszeit zu tun 👀. Das Adellaid nun die Gewalt über den Nachkommen hat ist durchaus beunruhigend, v. a. wo sie Blondina am Ende des Bandes bereits soetwas ausgesetzt hat und sich auch noch darüber freut. Lard erkennt nun auch, was für ein Psycho seine Schwester ist, und ich bin froh, dass er zu Blondina hält. Aber ohne Amon wäre der Band nicht so ausgegangen wie er ist. Philip und Adellaid haben auf jeden Fall noch was in petto, was mich ybeunruhigt. Bin gespannt, wie es weitergeht.

May 10, 2024Ok, what? Where did this Clea who has “always been by Lart’s side” come from? And if they are such good friends, does he know what a jerk she and her brother are? Blathering about what makes a noble while showing off such terrible manners…seriously? Lart also showed his hand typo early IMO…actually I don’t think either kid is a good prospect to rule.
Adellai is out of control, and I can’t tell if Philip is helping her or pushing her over the edge on purpose. Hello dummy, if you all have the same father, of course you share blood 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ At any rate, this whole crap about controlling the divine beasts is stupid, and I can’t see why the emperor doesn’t realize how stupid his daughter is, and isn’t aware of what she did to Briddy (too many people knew, and saw the dogs go nuts). In addition, he’s reminiscing about his relationship with her mom and how he is treating Briddy well? Since when?
How did Amon find out she was missing and come save her? Drowning doesn’t take that long.

Amon knows only one way to get what he wants--a full frontal approach. So naturally, he goes directly to the emperor himself to ask for Blondina's hand in marriage! But unbeknownst to the men, Adellai's schemes are also near completion...
In previous chapters, most of the violence has occurred "off page" by being referred to or showing the results after the fact. Due to Adellai's plans to interfere with the probable lineage for heir apparent (her brother or older half-sister) the story is about to become more violent, darker and less cute. Adellai rarely hesitates to eliminate anyone who she views as a hinderance to her goals.

La naïveté de Bridie par moment m’exaspère un peu &
Amon est toujours autant greenflag à mon goût avec un supplément canon parce que c’est lui le chef. J’aime beaucoup ce que devient Lart. Est-il nécessaire de vous dire qu’Adelai est toujours aussi insupportable 😩
Bref un vent rebellion commence à flotter pour la suite & j’ai hâte !!! À nous deux tome 5 😏

This is so cute!! Amon wanting to learn human customs just for Blondina is great, and the plot is picking up a little. Adelai is insane and I love her, however I'm very confused with Philip's involvement. No way this man spent years pining after Blondina becasue she rejected him, only to turn evil when she rejects him again.

Really liking Lart standing up for Lucy and his sister. The series is starting to take a more darker turn and I’m liking that however I feel like the miscommunication of feelings between our two main leads it has been dragging on for longer than I’d like. I’m hoping by the next volume we actually tell each other how we feel instead of dragging it on

Amon got permission to marry Briddy....kind of. Adellai found the descendant and is going to control him....? Lart! Standing up for Lucy and his SISTER! YES! More background on the Emperor and Briddy's mom ❤️ Imprinting?! How did Amon find Briddy so fast?! And where did he take her?!

The miscommunication/no communication between Blondina and Amon is starting to get a bit annoying. It feels like a cheap way to build tension.
