I am about halfway through this book and have found it to be very interesting, entertaining, and quite thought provoking. I'd recommend it to others who like this genre.

This was a probably my favorite out of the two Corrie and Christopher books mostly because the way Phillips makes the story feel like it’s a real person telling you their life story . Corrie and Christopher are planning to go out west until Rev. Rutledge suddenly dies of a heart attack . The church board asks Christopher to be their new pastor ,this changes all their plans . They decide to become the new miracle springs pastor and wife ! After that their life takes some new changes for example they move into Almeda’s house in town to have a home of their own . This series has definitely made me think how I want my life to go. Corrie and Christopher are having very exciting turn in events! I am sad to come to the end of this series , this will definitely be a reread!

I absolutely love both of the prior series and this series. The only thing bad about it is that it’s over I have a feeling that there were supposed to be at least one more book but that it must’ve gotten canceled or something but I want to know what else happened with Cory and Christopher did they have children?. What about Zack? Did he marry? What about the freight company who ended up taking it over? Did they ever get another big strike in the Goldmine and so much more Michael Phillips if you ever read these even though it’s been so long since the series ended, I wish she would go back and add more.

A Must read for every Pastor/Clergy

I cannot begin to express the powerful lessons this book holds for anyone that works within a church. The simple analogies of Gods’ teachings and the examples on how to approach Gods lessons in how to serve Him!
Although it may be fiction, the messages are divinely inspired.
I would highly recommend this book, and book #1 in this series for anyone that is in need of spiritual direction!

Sad to see the books end

I feel saddened to see a good series end. This series is no exception. I feel like I have learned a lot from the books besides being delightfully entertained. It has asked. Also strengthened my relationship with my Father in heaven and his son. Highly recommended.
