This book has so many fun recipes! If you borrow this pleaseee make the spinach turnovers (I added cheese to mine!), these were divine.
I’ve made quite a few of these recipes and every single one has turned out amazing. None of them are particularly difficult, but some such as the kibbeh do take a bit more effort (but is definitely worth the wait) and are great to make with family.

The book has lots of photos of each of the recipes, and I love how many interesting salad recipes are included.
