Škoda, že sa nedá hodnotiť zvlášť kresba a príbeh, lebo kresba je tu fakt špičková, detailná a podmanivá... akurát rozdelenie panelov mi prišlo zmätočné a často som nevedel, čo sa poriadne deje, iba že niečo vybuchuje a ľudia umierajú. Pokiaľ ide o príbeh, tak ten šiel v prvých dvoch častiach absolútne mimo mňa: znôška lovecraftovských klišé, ktorá sa akoby mimochodom obtiera o cosmic horror. Tretia časť s ženskou hrdinkou mi ale prišla luxusná a príbeh sa v nej podľa mňa konečne dostal do polohy, ktorá mu svedčí. Škótska krajina mi sedela o poznanie viac ako schátrané panstvá či lode, a aj rozuzlenie bolo príjemné. Celkovo však zabudnuteľný priemer.

I went into this graphic novel without reading the back or knowing the premise. I was caught up by the fact that it was a horror. There's never enough horror graphic books.

Andreas wrote and illustrated a compelling story that I was immensely caught up in. I was unable to put it down, I'm pretty sure I never went to the bathroom once after I'd picked it up. Should probably do something about that...

The twists and turns of the story was impressive and I was caught off guard many times, including at the very ending.

Amazing art, fantastic story, and I would recommend.

This did not work for me at all. The story is not really appealing, with cosmic horror and over exposition where not needed and bring too confusing. It's main hero is also no hero at all - he is just there, going through the motions, but not being really active. Big part of the story is also places on the worst "fade to black" plot twists - SUDDENLY our hero is ELSEWHERE, WHOA AND HE DOES NOT KNOW HOW HE GOT THERE.
Well, okay, cool story bro.

The art is sometimes wonderful, but mostly so fractured, so confusing that it actually gets in the way of telling the story.
I love cosmic horror, but this...eh.

A Lovecraftian tale that has great art but the layout did not suit me. Very narrow panels often made the action and happening quite confusing to me. The story was compelling but for my taste, the wrong things were explicit, while some events were left quite unexplained.

Lovecraftovský příběh se skvělou kresbou. Osobně mi však přišlo, že rozložení panelů někdy škodí porozumění děje a že v příběh osvětluje věci, které by měly naopak zůstat skryté, zatímco rozuzlení a poznání ponechává bez vysvětlení.

Zaczynając od plusów to zalicza się do nich zdecydowanie warstwa graficzna. Jest wpaniała ale jednak mało czytelna. Czasem patrząc na obrazki zastanawiałem się o co chodzi i co one przedstawiają. Sama oś fabularna nawiązuje do kosmicznego horroru w najlepszym wydaniu jednak narracja jest tak chaotyczna że ciężko się połapać o co chodzi. Akcja dziwnie przeskakuje ze sceny do sceny w zasadzie bez wyjaśnienia o co chodzi. Założenia słuszne ale wykonanie fatalne. Te trzy gwiazdki są mocno naciągane (głównie ze względu na obrazki). Nie polecam

Kresba i příběh jsou poutavé. Bohužel kresba ač je velice pěkná tak mi moc nesedla. Příběh je dělený na tři části, z čehož asi nejzábavnější je část první.
