EN An intriguing story that feels like the end of one chapter and the start of another.

Excited to see where this goes next.

Heavy censu\(x)(x)/orship "for our sensitive readers"*

This is a rounded-up 5 star rating that's tipped up by the art!

This is a tome of Van Hamme caliber character examination that is doused with plenty of action in rapid succession. Rosinski get to bring us to many different settings to show his versitility as well.

His tenuous relationship with Kriss de Valnor palendromes this episode and Thorgal also meets a very interesting woman who knows his past so she served as a nice refresher of continuity and an inspiration for personal Thorgalosophy.

There is also a twelveish page stretch that includes appearances of all those that Thorgal has vanquished and all of the women who he's celiban (as a married man) within the titular "Invisible Fortress" which stirred my memories of tomes read and interested me in characters within those I've not seen yet encountered.

*\(x)(x)/ During the opening scene, when Thorgal goes to hunt, Kriss disrobes and goes out in shallow water to drink or washing her face then gets attacked by two saboteurs intent on molestering her. She fights well but when finally subdued, Thorgal has heard and in short order neutralizes them. Kriss then bow-hunts the deterred molesterers and by the time she is reclothed, seventeen panels of nudity have elapsed in which only side-boob has been approved by those British prudes! Of course I find Kriss' body divine and I'm stubborn about being excluded anyway so net-hunting ensues and you'll find all that obscured, like all the areo(')nips that are covered with her hair and all of the erased/covered pubes, by searching "Kriss de Valnor nu."

Zakończenie zaskakuje i rozpoczyna nowy rozdział w historii bohatera.

Znów treść bardziej oniryczna, a tytułowa forteca to w zasadzie pretekst do przypomnienia sobie kilku ważnych postaci z universum Thorgala. Zaskakujący twist pod koniec sugeruje nowe otwarcie. Całkiem ok

"- Gostas muito de sangue Kriss de Valnor. Um dia os deuses castigar-te-ão.
- Talvez.

Świetny komiks z dobrymi rysunkami i dobrym scenariuszem.

Thorgal e Kriss, mai coppia fu peggio assortita.

Things are set for the planned 5 album story arc that begins here...

Reminds us of the issue 'Beyond the Shadows' where Thorgal crosses into the second world to save Aaricia and similar to that when things move into the unseen places it feels a little confusing as if the author doesn't have clean idea of how portray the other mysterious worlds...

the Story, like the last one, is barely there. Main character Thorgal gets tossed around by forces and characters, and doesn`t really do anything. But intriguing concepts and ideas. Artwork 5 stars.

Bought the French version mainly to see what was censored in the English version, but I enjoyed reading it again. The English censorship was done quite tastefully, with hair, hands and vegetation moved and extended to cover as little as necessary, but I'll stick to the originals in future.

Typical Thorgal story, utterly enjoyable. The English edition is stupidly censored, so beware. If you want to see the entire beauty of Kriss de Valnor, look for the French edition.

Amazing paneling and character development. The dream sequence was jaw-dropping; the ending was even more so. Best cliffhanger of Thorgal so far. Art is brilliant as always.

Podcykl: Shaigan Bezlitosny, 2 z 6
