Good, adaptable advise on how to start outcomes measurement in youth services. However, I wish there were other case studies cited because computers and technology use have been measured a lot of late. Of course, this book is a bit older, so I suppose that is part of the problem.
Definitely ready to start on some of my own outcomes projects!
Worth skimming through. Not a lot of depth. The first section was especially lightweight.
Didn't come out of this reading with new ways of looking at evaluation and planning, but did come out with some useful lists of questions to ask, methods for carrying out evaluation and planning together.
