Short, practical and to the point.

It is more a guide than a “book” but I am sure anyone will benefit from reading it.

Read it, take notes and apply what you see in the book today. I could see the difference immediately in the next meeting after reading it.

This book is a treasure full of practical strategies for anyone looking to update their approach to meetings. The author offers clear, actionable advice on structuring meetings, setting the right tone from the start, and ensuring productive outcomes, which I think is the worst part of the meetings itself and sometimes, that's what people hate the most, losing their time. His insights extend to overcoming common meeting issues and leading effective virtual and hybrid meetings. The guide is especially useful for HR professionals, leadership development experts, and anyone eager to improve their meeting facilitation skills.

Professionals meetings are always something that can be hard to manage and for everyone to be active and motivated to share and listen. I think this book gives a good look into that problem giving practical tips to reach productivity and to be something the team looks forward to doing.
The book focuses on empowering people who leads meetings to work on their presentation and confidence so everything runs smoothly as possible and the job gets done properly. This book is a short read that has a lot of great ideas on how to make meetings more engaging and productive. There are some great ideas in here about to how to plan for meetings and then lead them to maximize engagement.

The focus of the book tends to be on half-day to multi-day workshops, but many of the suggestions would work for shorter meetings.

I wish there were a few more suggestions for virtual and hybrid meetings.

Hold meetings with meaningful conclusions
This book is a guide for remaking unproductive meetings into lean-mean-efficient events. The author proposes helpful advice for a finer system, engagement, and outcomes, which is best fit for all professionals in all roles in the company.
The book teaches proper decorum in meetings, not only how to facilitate them but also how to address common meeting problems, such as cutting off someone and keeping the quiet participants engaged respectfully. I recommend this book to a number of my friends who still, to this day, are attending unproductive meetings. The tips are not just for traditional meetings but also apply to hybrid meetings, which are widely practiced nowadays. This book is highly informational.
