Another collection of comics featuring mythical cats and the ways their owners deal with their unique attributes.
This was a very busy week so I was glad to have some cozy yokai cats to entertain me with their charming antics. I think there were a couple new yokai cats in this volume: I don't remember the raiju (thunder beast) and kudan (mind reader) before. An enjoyable read that doesn't take a lot of mind power, so perfect for a busy week when the brain was toast by the end of the day.
Notes on content: Language: None Sexual content: None Violence: None Ethnic diversity: Humans are Japanese LGBTQ+ content: None specified Other: Cuteness galore! The dangers of pet fur and sharing a bed/house with a pet explored too.
Continues to be cute and enjoyable, though I think it flits about too much. There are a lot of different yokai cats in this volume (including some new ones), but many only have one to three strips about them. On the one hand, that just feels too transient, though on the other, sometimes many strips about the same character just feel like they are the same gag with slight variations.
