DESCRIPTION

The Final Book in the Bitter Frost Series

The wedding is off, and the groom-to-be is no longer. Prince Kian has left Feyland, trying to forget Breena and all memories of her. Failing to fight off the human affliction known as love by himself, he seeks the magic of the Ancient Realms, to forget his love for Breena, to become truly fey, strong, stoic, and cold...just as the son his mother the Winter Queen had always wanted.

While Kian has disappeared, Breena is left ruling Feyland and still in the beginning of rebuilding. Her heart aches for Kian, but now because of the Wolfstone, Logan and all the wolf fey's magic has been restored.

And a werewolf let loose with full fey magic is an enchanted Feyland to behold. But could Logan's newfound magic and role in Breena's life be enough for Breena to forget Kian?

Wow, just wow. A very satisfying end to the series that I came to love. From the beginning of the Frost series I was invested in the lives of Breena, Kian, Logan, Rodney, Shasta, and Rose. Breena was the girl from beyond the Crystal River that happened to find her way into Feyland because of her father. She had a best friend named Logan. She fell for Kian, the winter prince. Thus we had the love triangle. At times throughout the series I wanted to smack Breena for her wavering back and forth. Loving Kian yet holding on to Logan. Other times I admired her for being a person who did not give up on her responsibilities and was loyal to the people of Feyland. Each book in the series brought love, action filled battles, magic, loyalty, and friendships. It truly has been an amazing journey.

I read Enchanted Frost with both excitement and dread. Excitement for another book and dread that maybe things wouldn’t work out the way I wanted them to. In this final installment love is being tested. Love was always the one thing that was dangerous to those who were fey. It could drive them mad. There’s a magic that is trying to destroy all the love in the kingdom and Breena and Kian are not immune to it. There is some heartache before love overcomes all the darkness. Logan is finally realizing that Breena is just his friend. He starts to open his eyes to another possibility and I can’t be more thrilled. It’s what I was hoping for back in book 6. In book 7 the wolves get their magic back. Enchanted Frost sheds some light on that tidbit of information. The wolves play a huge role in bringing about the end to what threatens Feyland in this book. I don’t want to give it all away but I can say that for this girl I was totally satisfied with how it all came to a close.

If you have been following the story of Breena, Logan, and Kian in the Frost series then you will want to pick this one up. If you haven’t then start now. It is a fun, worthwhile series.

I’m also excited to say that the end is only the beginning...stay tuned.

Finally i finished, it... For me it wasnt the best book ive read and it wasnt that good either.but it was a fast read thats why it keeps me going...

I dont know but since the first book up until the last i havent really connected with any of the char. And i think connecting with them is important. I mean thats how you will know if the author did a great job in making her novel as real as possible..But while i was reading i didnt feel that in the way that i actually dont care what happen to them wheter they die or not or if Breena choose Kian or Logan. I guess all ending for me will be fine..

About Breena and Kian i didnt really felt their love for each other...And Breena died too many times it became irritating I mean why cant she just die if thats the way it is? I also think that the author dragged the story too much and now I heard there will be another novel about them? oh pls cant they just stop? But i wont be reading it anyway Im ok with the ending so ill stop there.

COULD THERE HAVE BEEN A BETTER ENDING? No. I think not. I have read the entire series now multiple times and all I can say is, it gets me every time. The perfect ending to this epic fantasy love adventure. Over all I believe that the character growth and development was what sets this series off compared to others. The realness of them. How they sometimes get fixated on things and continue to make stupid decisions that make you want to throw your boom across the room in one second, and devour all the rest of the chapters in the next. The emotional ride jerks the reader all over until it is done with you and then drops you back into a boring reality. I can not wait to read more by this author.

YA Fantasy Classic! Read this series when it first came out. Now binged! Still so magical. I love the world the author created so much. Bree, Kian, and Logan are the best love triangle I've read. So hard to choose!

3 simple words can sum up the entire series and this book included...This was AMAZING! Ms. Gow has created an utterly captivating world that keeps you absolutely breathless until the last page. Enchanted Frost, the last book in the Frost series, was an amazing conclusion to an even more amazing series. Ms. Gow takes us on yet another thrill ride through Feyland, and on a whirlwind adventure with the newly separated Breena and Kian, Logan, some new characters, and other characters that we have grown to love throughout this wonderful series...(this review is staying completely spoiler free, so I'm not telling you who makes an appearance).

Breena has grown and dealt with so much throughout this series, and several times while I was reading this book- knowing it was the last in the series- I reflected on how far all of these characters have come. Breena is no longer the shy, scared girl she was when she was first introduced in Bitter Frost. She is a strong, confident leader that is her own person. Both Kian and Logan just about broke my heart in this novel. You could tell how much both Kian and Logan love Breena, and for one of them it was heartbreaking to see his final, albeit good, choice. Decisions are made, and some have terrible consequences, but things work out in the end.

I was extremely happy with the ending of this book, and while I am sad to see it go, I will always remember and cherish this series. Trust me...it will be a series that you will read over and over again. I know I will :)

'bout time he dropped her ass! I have sons and I would hate to see one of them misused like this. Like for real! I only read the sample of this because I wanted it to end with her miserable and unhappy like she made those two wonderful dudes. They both deserve someone better. I didn't give it a star rating because u can't really judge a book by the sample. That would be cheating. So I loved the sample. But the book probably has her get back together with the poor bastard kian and find a way to still be friends with Logan too. What a crock. So I choose not to endure crockery.

This book is amazing I tell you! I was drawn in by the last book and enjoyed this book even more. So intense and I could not put it down until I finished. I just finished the series and though satisfied with the ending, am wishing for more. The book had many emotions and was exciting all the way through. I highly recommend reading this book if you enjoy fantasy and romance. Especially fairy stories. Definitely put this as one of my favourite book series. Wow. Just wow.

When will Beyond the Crystal River be out?

I am giving it only 4 stars because I think the book was too short. It was excellent in the story line but the ending felt rushed, almost like there would be another book. I love every book in this series but the closer it came to ending, the shorter the books seemed to get. It left me feeling unsatisfied. With that being said, yes I would buy it again and I also would recommend it.

Good ending to the series. I couldn't quite give it a 5 but a 4 1/2 would have been more accurate. I
was hooked from the first book of the series.
