THE BLACK WORLD, CORE OF A COVER UP 5th November 20th, 2018 with highly classified CIA documents. -The Chapter on Doty was taken from Interviews done by both Bill Moore and Jaimie Shandera under the Reagan Disclosure Program and have nothing to do with any current interviews. --What is the Crystal Rectangle (CR, alien energy device that could power an entire city the size of New York). Very classified according to those 'leaked' DIA TS/Code Word documents...FBI to Kit Green, 'not at all; it is none of our business (sic).' An FBI 'hands-off' attitude toward leaked UFO documents...The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) refused to comment or saying they're hoaxes... --The Propulsion The basic principles are simple in concept, but not in application (a very complex system says LANL) and why the prototypes never worked we still fly rockets. It's called a Negative Force Generating System or anti-gravity. Anti-gravity is Negative Energy like Dark Energy and can do a number of things 1) Create an Alcubierre Warp Drive which can move an Interstellar Spaceship 100s of times faster than the speed of light...see link. 2) Open Wormholes and keeps them open. Wormholes require negative energy ...only be possible if exotic matter (in this case, anti-gravity) with negative energy density could be used to stabilize them. 3) The Space-time bubble created by negative energy puts you in a different space-time and could allow the Spaceship to pass through solid obstacles like we see UFOs pass through mountains, doors not needed! --Travel time to Kepler 186f, HD 904790 b, Earth type planet, 500 light years away would only take a few months with this new technology. --Bob Gates (today, Bob Gates will lie about this) and Henry Kissinger were behind the Reagan Disclosure Program which failed in 1991. Rick Doty, Bill Moore and Jaime Shandera were key players. The real CIA Falcon? Harry August Rositzke publicly disclosed in 2012. --Area 51/Groom Lake/NTS Outer Space and the compartmentalization especially around S4. The realm beyond the conventional history of the NTS from people who worked there. As of this date 90% of what is at Area 51is below ground. New visitors would see next to nothing on the surface. The MAJIC caveat, very real, see --Highly classified CIA documents never released before and one in particular shows the exact date JFK was read into the covert UFO program. --The Vaults at it was T2 (Intelligence) and T3 (Engineering) in July 1947, not ATIC. Nothing like having a security clearance pulled over the truth as the WP contact will tell us. Just like the Titanic, those vaults are very much there and well hidden. ...a very factual and analytical book...technical in places.

I couldn't put the book down. It verified things that I suspected had gone on in the past as well as revealed things I didn't know. Anyone interested in the "black government," ufos, or alien contact should read this book.

Unfortunately, the author uses sources like Rick Doty and Bob Lazar, extremely dubious sources. Additionally, they do not address obvious questions like the president's photocopied signature on the MJ-12 docs. To their credit, the author did dig into Wright Field's underground facilities to a large extent, something no one else has done. The largest question is, if the US posessed UFO technology, why did they begin a $10 million UFO project (Avrocar) using 0 alien technology, and fail? I just see no proof here.

I will read this book over and over again and follow the references more closely to see if I can glean more eye-opening information! Extremely interesting!

Robert Collins and Richard Doty are respected contributors to Ufology. The unnecessarily long-winded title (designed to pick up as many internet search hits as possible?) doesn't do justice to the much broader subject matter within. This book is packed with meticulous research, interesting anecdotes and provides a valuable insight into this world. "Exempt from Disclosure" is highly held within circles of those familiar with the subject, however due to its thorough nature it is not an easy read and does not readily 'flow' due to constant cross-referencing which may put some off, however is useful in providing the reader with sources of further reading.

Despite this minor complaint, for both newcomers and those well-versed in the subject, it provides a convincing and robust background to a subject that is too easily dismissed by sceptics and the ignorant. The UFO/ET phenomena is a far bigger story than we have been allowed to believe, with high level collusion and cover-ups at every level. This book goes a long way to joining the dots and opening our eyes, and even this only scratches the surface of the biggest story never told. Worthwhile.

This was a real disappointment to me. I found it to be about people in the CIA and a couple of sites in the US that were supposedly involved in research into UFOs, but most of it was "possibly", "maybe", etc. The book is about the early years of the UFO flap, basically from 1940 or so to about 1990's (maybe). I found it hard to read and not interesting at all.

Here's another book about UFOs and aliens. This was a really good one! There is so much information about ufo crashes and body recoveries that I have a hard time all of it is made up. It sounds so real.

Black budgets, black funds, cia, vault, WPAFB, propulsion, LANL, area 51, James Jesus Angleton, Richard Helms, et al. If you recognize these key words then its a must read. The content is somewhat different, new, and bit exhaustive.
