Knock knock. Who's there? Ben. Ben who? Ben away for a while but I'm back now
With more than 2 million copies sold of his first book, Laugh-Out-Loud Jokes for Kids, it's clear that kids (and their adults) are looking for clean, lighthearted humor--and Rob Elliott delivers.
Rob Elliott has been a publishing professional for more than 15 years. He lives in West Michigan, where in his spare time he enjoys laughing out loud with his wife and four children.
I bought this to read with my 5 year old niece over Christmas. She's a nut for knock-knock jokes and this book totally occupied her while her mom made Christmas cookies and peppermint bark and put them in tiny little boxes to deliver to the entire neighborhood. To keep the attention of a 5 year old that long...well this book is worth every star I can muster. Bonus, it's adorable to hear her learning and repeating these corny jokes.
In case the author is wondering, her favorite is the one with Wayne. 😂
Quite an enjoyable little book, if I’m being honest. Filled with dumb but silly knock-knock jokes that could make anyone go mad! However, in a way, they are quite smart😏.....
I think I found a handful that were funny. Most my son didn’t get. I can only take so many knock knock jokes in one sitting. 😀 But all are clean and primarily are patterned after kid’s names.
I received this through GoodReads giveaways - thank you so much!
This was awesome. I took it along on a long drive to the lake, in a car full of kids, so you can imagine how much fun we had. They all enjoyed it - so did the adults in the car.
I was actually surprised how creative most of these are! I tried to narrow it down to my favorite joke *difficult to do* - I think the last one on page 90 ;)
My kids can't get enough of this book. Knock knock jokes all over the place. They get mad if I stop listening and don't reply "who's there". I'm glad it is getting them reading and they love it.
