New York Times bestselling author Sharon Sala concludes her Lunatic Life mystery series the way it began—with lots of Team Spirits.
In My Lunatic Life, Tara Luna is the new girl in school, trying to hide her ghostly friends and fit in—impossible, since she’s soon tracking down kidnappers and dodging Dee Dee Broyles, a murdered teen girl who just happens to haunt Tara’s new house.
In Lunatic Detective, Tara and hunky bad-boy classmate Flynn O’ Mara partner to find Dee Dee’s killer while admitting they’re more than just friends. Now that he knows she’s “different,” will he stick around? The stakes are even higher in Lunatic Revenge, as bad guys come after Flynn and Tara to find out where his dying father, and ex-con, hid a stolen fortune. A surprising twist gives Flynn a gift neither he nor Tara ever expected.
And now, in Lunatic Times Two, that still-hidden money threatens Tara and Flynn again. This time, Tara may not survive. She’ll need the help of every friend she’s got on the other side. Including some she’s never met before.

Tara is back in this (last) book of her lunatic life. Tara continues to entertain in her spunky way. Things get very serious, very quickly for her in this one and deep issues/themes are addressed. I really liked her reactions and the supporting characters really shine. I'm really glad I read this series as I was really entertained.
I only got the first in the series to try it because it sounded good, then ended up buying the whole series and reading them in 2 days. Amazing series and fantastic story line that kept you in the story. Will definitely be looking at more from Sharon Sala.
I loved this series. Flynn and Tara were so good together. There was always something happening with Tara psychic abilities. I’m an older adult but this book is for teens and beyond. Couldn’t put this series down . Really hated for it to end.
If paranormal and psychics interest you you won't want to miss this series. The love story of Tara and Flynn will captivate and keep you prolong through the series.
This novella length book brings conclusion to the Lunatic Life series. While I love the series, I only loved half of this book. The beginning was a little too idyllic until the kidnapping, which meant there wasn't much conflict or contrast going on. It made it feel a bit bland. The plot in the first half also felt rushed. Too often emotions and motivations were explained in exposition instead of allowing the reader to discover them through action and dialogue. Consequently, it felt like it was being written for a younger demographic than the previous books. However, while the second half still suffered for its short length, the Tara Luna I've come to know and love really came through, with help from unexpected sources. Sharon Sala brings a broad understanding of energy and metaphysics into play in the climax. I also love the way Millicent and Henry's past lives are brought forward into their most recent life, giving Tara the best gift of all.
No matter if you're a teen or adult Sharon Sala has come up with a series that you will love. Yes it was written for teens so the romance between Tara and her boyfriend Flynn is very "G" rated. As an adult you will find a funny, sweet and well written line of stories with crime and mystery running through them (again more low key for a younger crowd) but still very enjoyable. I bought the first one to try because it was Sharon Sala after all and before I was half way through I bought the other three. I finished them all in one day and don't regret the loss of sleep. Even though I'm more hard core in my mysteries and romances, they were just as good but in a different way.
I love Sharon Sala. This is the first book of the Lunatic series I've read. It's a perfect series for teen readers. Not any excessive violence and a nice lite romance between Flynn and Luna, high school seniors. Ghosts galore, mind reading, and Native American spirits make this a great read. Pick this one for your teen reader and enjoy it yourself.
This was a great conclusion to the series. I enjoyed every bit of it. I just wish the series didn't have to end. I enjoy reading about what Tara and her ghosts get up to.
