This is one of the best starter books on raw eating that I have found. Thankfully it does not require the beginner to buy a juicer, dehydrator or VitaMix blender to see if raw eating is for them.
The recipes are simple and many are tasty. Thankfully they come together quickly. So many raw cooking authors assume that you have all the time in the world to chop and blend and dehydrate and juice. That's just no the case for me.
If you are interested in checking out the world of raw or are just looking for more veggie based dishes (like me), this is a good place to start.
I liked some of the receipes when I was detoxing my body! I lvoe the pictures too...very graphic. I could not believe some of the receipes would taste good.
