Lisa is so fucking hot, holy shit. That split-kick she does in Chapter 219... her thighs... I just about impregnated my jeans...!

I'm sure the point of the swimsuit spread at the end of Volume 26 is supposed to be all the big titties from Rangiku, Orihime, Yoruichi, and Isane, but personally my eyes were drawn immediately to Rukia's buttcrack. Would not have minded a closer look at Nanao, since she's basically "Where's Waldo" here.

Kind of interesting Kubo is broadening his character design to add some bussy to the mix. Like, it's one thing for Luppi to be small and slim, but it's another for him to show off the slutty placement of his "6" mark.

Not really related to the above, but it was kinda funny seeing Grimmjow fuckin' destroy Luppi after getting his powers back.

Nice to see we finally get more concrete expansion on the romance between Orihime and Ichigo. Well, we see Orihime say she's in love with Ichigo, at least; still "shōnen heroes have to be oblivious to love" with Ichigo.

Also, I like Urahara doing the Joseph Joestar "finishing sentences" thing.

Orihime abducted! Ichigo learn a new power! Soul Society had abandoned Ichigo and his friends to rescue Orihime. Plus! The truth about the power of Arrancars! Vol.9 seems a little slower, the-same-kind of action sequences and exchange ego boosting among boys with swords. Its still the kind of read that's enjoyable and finally are what fans hoping for. Still a good read.

Ichigo learns a new power, Orihime gets kidnapped and a new arc begins. I love this arc and can't wait to read more of them omg. And Ichigo, Uryu, and Chad go to Hueco Mundo to go and save Orihime, even when everyone from the Soul Society turned their backs on them to prepare for Aizen's attack. Gonna jump in the next volume because I GOTTA KNOW WHAT HAPPENS NEXT OMG.

Ichigo needs to learn how ro control his inner hallow. He fears his hallow. . . He learns new information to help him achieve his goals and so we are almost stwpoing inside the world - where hallows come from. Soul society has washed their hands clean, they think Orhime had betrayed them all. . . Ichigo and his friends will have to do this alone.

Good as always. I do think the anime captures certain pieces of this volume better though. Like the section where the arancars attack again. Most of the time the manga is better, but I think the anime won that one. It just didn't feel as fluid to me for some reason. Great series, can't wait to continue👍🏻

The official transition into a whole new epic storyline. I like the refocus on the human squad again and the new characters from the Espadas or the Visoreds are mad cool. The whole premise for the upcoming storyline did make me roll my eyes, however, first rescue Rukia and now Orihime, come on.

Finally the plot started moving again! And cool fights were not missing! Seeing Ichigo going again inside himself/hus zanpakuto was really good. So many things happened, all the 3 volumes are worth 5 stars. Really good!

A lot more battles and more action. Ichigo feels bad for lying to his friends but he just wants to keep them safe. Ichigo, Chad, and Uryu have finally arrived at Las Noches, the palace, that's located in Hueco Mundo. EXCITED for more fights and action.

The world building and the character work in this manga is just astounding, all the characters whether they are side characters or main feels unique and never just like filler.

The plot and scope of the story is just mind blowing, my praise for this manga is just never ending and so far after 27 volumes it still has done no wrong in my eyes.

Loved it!

This volume focuses on a group called the Visoreds. They have learned to control the darkness of their hollows, a skill Ichigo desperately needs. I loved the action in thus volume as well as the quiet moments as one of Ichigo's friends prepares to make a sacrafice for them all.
