(Note: my edition is actually an e-book from Kobo, not Kindle. GoodReads does not seem to know about the e-book version.)

While the writing is good, and the stories enjoyable, the organization of this bundle is TERRIBLE! There is no easy way to locate the start of each book, or to know which book you are in the middle of.

That's unfortunate, because it means I will not be writing reviews for the individual books. Authors take note, and lobby the publisher to get this fixed.

To Kobo: I will not be buying any more bundles until I have some reason to believe that they will not have the same problem.

The Perfect Ten contains a variety of full-length novels, all containing romance, but varying greatly in other aspects. There are paranormal, suspense, historical, time-travel and Christian elements, just to name a few. Some of them are real gems, but a few are either flops or work that would have truly benefited from either editing, a re-write or both.

It is worth the money and time to read those books in this compilation that were good. Don't be shy about skipping past those that don't appeal after reading a bit.

Every single book was amazing! They were very different, and that is one of the reasons why they make such a great set of books. I don't think they could have chosen a better collection, therefore "The Perfect 10" is the perfect name! They will introduce you to new worlds and series that you will want to learn more about! I think my "To-Be-Read" pile has grown by at least 15 books after reading this set, but that's okay because they are sure to be just as awesome as these 10 were!

Last Chance to Run- by Dianna Love: Zane and Angel have a really interesting story. They both have their secrets, and become entangled when Zane goes above and beyond being a Good Samaritan. This book has non-stop action, and kicks off an amazing series of books.

The Laird- by Sandy Blair: This was the first Sandy Blair book I have read. I loved it! Take a plain Jane, drop her in a Scottish castle, then take it another step further, and take back in time hundreds of years earlier. I found myself laughing out loud to Duncan and Beth. They were a very entertaining couple, but at the same time, it was interesting to see them handle their dilemmas as well. Their story is far from simple.

Deadly Pursuit- by Misty Evans: This was my first Misty Evans book. Cooper and Celina....WOW! These two have on heck of a roller coaster! There is so much coming between them. You have a considerable age difference, the fact that they are co-workers, and not to mention a crazy crime boss. I think I was on the edge of my seat for this whole book because the good guys always seemed to be one step behind the bad guys, and the bad guys are creepy and crazy. I hope we see more from this group of characters!

Dog Collar Crime- by Adrienne Giordano: I find it impossible to not like a book that has a dog named "Miss Elizabeth" that lives with a Mr. Darcy. The whole book was awesome! This was also my first read for Adrienne Giordano. I really enjoyed this book, and I loved the dogs in it as well, but there was SO much more to this book than the dogs! Lucie has been trying for years to get out of the shadow of her mobster father, but it just keeps following her around. Then, dogs start going missing on her watch, and she is right in the middle of a very unique situation. I loved how this story came together. There were a lot of interesting twists.

Invisible Magic- by Mary Buckham: I had read the novella that introduced this series, and really enjoyed it, but you don't need to read it to understand this book. I was excited to see the Invisible Recruits out in the field doing their thing. I thought their training was good, but their actual assignments are even better! This book has it all! You see magic from all kinds of beings, secret agencies from all over, and complications you can't even begin to predict. Alex kicks serious butt! I don't know how else to describe her. It seemed like I was learning more and more of her secrets with each turn of a page, and there are still a ton more to learn! Bran is a really interesting character too! I know the two of them fit together somehow, and it will be interesting to see what happens with that. They are kind of like fire and ice...fascinating!

Deadly Relations- by Alexa Grace: This was my first Alexa Grace book. It had just the right amount of scary and creepy. There was enough to keep me interested, and wanting to know what was gonna happen! It seems like Jennifer just can't catch a break. She is almost constantly dealing with a horrible situation, and now a serial killer has taken up residence in her town. The peek into the killer's mind, seeing the story from his perspective, really added to this story. I get the heebie jeebies just thinking about it. I also thought it was kind of cool to know who the killer was before the end of the story. I'm definitely going to check out the other books in this series.

A Charming Crime- by Tonya Kappes: The world of June and Whispering Falls is a very unique and interesting place. I can picture it clearly in my mind, as well, as all of the peculiar residents in the town. The book gives you a bunch of different mysteries and information that comes together at the end, but the little town still has many questions that you'll want the answers to. Clearly, everything is not as it seems in Whispering Falls, which makes me love it even more.

Out of Focus- by Nancy Naigle: Can I just pack my bags, and move to Adams Grove? It seems like a really nice place to live, if you are not facing the kind of situation poor Kasey had to deal with. After her husband and son are taken from her, she is left having to find a way to put her life back together. With a few surprises and twists, she hits the road with one of the biggest concert tours ever, and then ends up in Adams Grove. I don't want to give anything away, but Kasey's story was a good one. It was very interesting and I can't wait to see more of it!

The Merzetti Effect- by Norah Wilson: I always enjoy reading vampire books, especially the ones that do something different with the vampire folklore, such as this one. The questions involving Ainsley's blood made this book even more enjoyable. Instead of having all the information already spelled out for you, you discover it with the characters. This means more surprises, and this book definitely did not have a shortage of them.

Time Trap- by Micah Caida: The main character, Rayen, wakes up in a strange place with no memory of who she is. So...as she is trying to gain some information, you are introduced to this new series, and all of the cool new things that comes with it! There are a lot of interesting and very unique aspects in this book. The characters and the places are unlike anything I have read before, so I did not want to put it down. I had not idea what was coming, which made this book very refreshing. Something entirely new!

As a whole this collection wasn't bad. There weren't any that I absolutely just couldn't make it through. However, some were harder to read and continue than others. I did like how all of them ended though, and for those that were part of a series, none left me absolutely not wanting to read the next in the series.
