"I Didn't Steal Your Mermaid" is another wonderfully fantastic Frankie Jackson mystery. It just gets better. Entertaining for all ages, don't forget to check out "I Didn't Kill Your Cat" the first Frankie Jackson mystery if you haven't already.

Taking place after I Didn't Kill Your Cat Frankie has officially been on the Dock for a month with her "Aunt" Roxy, and something fishy is going down. Candy Hunter's body is found in the water after falling overboard her yacht, and the million dollar "Mermaid's Tears" necklace she was wearing was found to be missing. Frankie doesn't get pulled in though until she becomes the only reliable witness to a plane crash and an unknown suspicious character lurking on the water. After talking to the cops and newspaper things snowball down hill for Frankie, a dangerous "Uncle Sam" creeping about, a surprise unwelcome return from a previous Dock resident, trouble with the law, and Frankie's mom wants her back in New Jersey to keep her safe. Pronto. Whatever will she do?

I'm very glad I read this book. The characters were perfect, loved Frankie, loved her dreams, loved her narration. Loved Forgetting Michael, very clever and worked perfectly in union with Frankie. After finding out about the zany characters that lived in house-boots on the dock, I wanted to visit for much longer. some might argue that the mystery was solved in an unbelievable or impossible way, but it was very charming and worked for me. Good story, there wasn't a time when I wanted to put it down.

Mermaid and a solved cold case

Frankie again teams up with her friends, trying to solve a cold case
Mystery. Stalked by a man and spying vivian, forgetting Michael's
awful mother. Can she put all the pieces together in time, to keep
herself from being put on charges of theft and being prosecuted.
Read this action filled mystery to find out. Will there be a happy
ending, and will Frankie get her ipod back from the Mermaid who
Knows, maybe?

What a great part 2!

If possible, I think this book was better than the first one, the characters are more developed and the plot has more twists.

Highly recommend!!

Basicly:
Girl finds a murder, and attempts to solve it, while getting herself into trouble along the way.

Read this! Read it now! (seriously it'll only take like 2.5 hours)(also free on amazon)(No excuses!)

Okay

I thoroughly enjoy reading these type of children books, for they always teach my children an important life lesson in a simple and easy way that they can understand. It's important for children today to have morals, and the only way that they will obtain them is if they are taught from a young age.

The first book in the series was pretty clean with no language problems, but in this one some of the characters started using the Lord's name in vain. I don't think swearing should be a part of children's literature. So I didn't finish it.

Loved the tension, the line between dreams and reality is so thin. Reminds you that dreams can become a reality. Looove the series each time i read them i want more. The end was so interesting and unexpected. I appreciate that books like this still exist making a book sounds easy i tried and hard.

Highly recommend.

Very good and gripping mystery within a mystery. All clues are present for the answers to be believable. Just watch out for the red herrings...

You need to read this book.

It is not a romance novel or an action novel. No, it is an intricate tale of innocence triumphant. Read it.

Kids books should not have foul language

Foul language and sexual content. I would not let my child read this. If it was a clean story it would have been better.
