This cookery book is essential for cream cheese lovers. Obviously, it provides a number of cheesecake recipes but also yummy starters, soups and savoury dishes. The book features attractive photographs and easy to follow recipes. The 'Apricot Crumble Cheesecake' has quickly become my signature dessert! Highly recommended.

Despite the absence of antidotes, memories and stories if grown so fond of reading in cookbooks this is one of the best and useful cookbooks of read. I've had a long break from my beloved cookbooks as I've been busy pursuing many novels as of late but this is just what I needed to reignite the spark and discover my old flame of cookbooks.

As you would expect from a 5 star rating this got the post it's seem of approval and I'm leaving the pages full of some much needed fresh enthusiasm for the kitchen.

Ohhh, this is one of my favourite cookbooks!! I'm a total novice at cooking and EVERYTHING I've made from this book has turned out lovely. The spicy parsnip soup is gorgeous – yummmmmm! From starters to desserts – this book covers it all ;-)
