would like to thank bella books for letting me read this collection of novellas
everyone wants to know theres a happy ever after ... even after the happy ever after... this is a collection of books that continue the story from your favourite books
its sugary sweet but thats what makes it so nice to read
Highlight had to be Wild Things Are Free, but I really enjoyed all of these shorts. It was bittersweet to peek into the lives of Rayann and Louisa, then Theresa, but both stories were really well done. I also appreciated that The Tapestry leaves Rayann and Theresa with a more solid ending than Watermark did.
Wonderful anthology. As I read I found myself often times excited when I come across excerpts of books that I have fully read and sometimes I find myself too much in haste to go buy the book (s) after reading their excerpts.
The author is a master wordsmith...her passion is evident
Some of the stories really hit the mark and made me miss some of my favorite characters. Some of the stories fell a bit flat for me. I really enjoyed how some of the side chat got their own short story. Some I would have easily read a full length novel.
Karin Kallmaker is one of my favorite authors. She can write some hot novels with characters you would swear you know in real life.
This book is great because first, each story is like a short snapshot of past characters from all her novels and what happened to them after their respective books ended. Second, she gives a short essay on how each book started as an idea and what gave her inspiration for each.
