I read this with my daughter for a school project. I thought it was well written, giving the reader enough information about Juliette Gordon Low to feel like you knew what she might have been like, and what a really neat lady she was.

Reading this to prep for "life experiences." How wrong is it that the founder of the GS didn't marry her dear friend, the founder of the BS? I was kinda rootin' for that, but just one more disappointment in life. Sighhhh....

This was a very informative and touching read on Juliette Gordon Low's life. It couldn't keep the attention of my almost 5 yr old though. Probably best for ages 8 and up. We are excited to tour her birthplace now that we've read the book!

"Daisy" is an interesting woman, and I liked this book. I really wanted to read a more adult book about her but had trouble finding one, so this book was a little basic, but I'm still glad I read it
