Easy Asian Noodles is a handy, little hardcover cookbook that lives up to its name. The recipes typically have 10 ingredients or few and take 30 minutes or so to make. Most the ingredients are easy to find in the asian section of your local supermarket. Its an attractive book with full page, color photos of all most all the recipes.

The recipes themselves are a little hit or miss. The first one I made, Chicken Coconut Noodle Soup, was amazing. It was very flavorful and full of good veggies. The Chinese Chicken Salad with Chow Mein Noodles was good, though I didn't really care for the chow mein noodles. Still the chicken was tasty and the almonds added a nice crunch. The Chinese Chicken Noodle Soup was downright bland and tasteless. Maybe using a better chicken broth in the recipe would have improved its flavor. So, you can see I had a wide range of experiences with these recipes! Still, the recipes are easy and fast, generally pretty healthy, and ingredients are readily available. This is a book I will cook from more. If you like asian noodles or are looking for an easy introduction to asian cooking, then Easy Asian Noodles is a good choice.
