Quite comprehensive book on career pathing in an organization, giving background on the process as well as specific information on what Kaye describes as a six-stage process:

1. Preparing – readying the resources
2. Profiling – tapping talent
3. Targeting – optimizing options
4. Strategizing – making maps
5. Implementing – pursuing plans
6. Sustaining – remaining relevant

The book is full of guided questions, tables of information on all topics, as well as a large list of case studies (38 total) that reflect each of the stages.
