Secrets, secrets, are no fun! And with each day that passes in Webster Grove, eighteen-year-old Steph is learning that lesson the hard way. Between dodging stares, kisses, and mixed signals from the man of her dreams, Steph has more on her plate than she can handle. With wedding plans officially underway for the Rivera/Ghijk wedding, Steph is working overtime to lose weight and finally fit into her bridesmaid gown. And if all that’s not enough, she’s pulled into a lie that forces her to start holding up appearances with a new (fake) boyfriend. With her three best friends at her side and one beautiful man in her heart, Steph has to decide if happily ever after is worth the wait…

When I started reading this series, I was hooked from the beginning. What can I say? Sometimes, a book just does everything for you. I started reading it and got so surprised because it was so good.
Of course, it’s girly, simple and full of love, but I couldn’t get enough while reading it. The main character, Steph, moves to a new town and starts a new life with her dysfunctional mother. Steph is a strong and bright girl and it clearly shows that she has grown up quickly and has a lot to offer in comparison to her mother. She is “the new girl” at high school and hopes to meet someone nice, and she does… Her teacher; Alex Rivera. Oh, forbidden love! (don’t stand so close to me).
Wow, what a beautiful book in the series. This author never fails to deliver and definitely does not disappoint. This series is incredibly written and the descriptiveness of some of the scenes are just stunning.
I don’t think I’ve ever felt more disappointed and unsatisfied with a book, let alone the entire series. There’s much room for improvement but nonetheless a quick and easy read and the better than the first 2 books of the series.
To know that I got very emotianal reading this books is something else. In a VERY GOOD way. If it can bring out the emotion out of the book then this author did one hell of a good job!
This part is more complicated. Honestly, I feel sorry for Alex. He has to hide his feeling to Steph otherwise his job as a teacher will ends. Sure they love each other, but all the blame would be on him if others found out about them. And I kinda dislike her mother, what kind of mother forcing her daughter to loose her weight until only bones what's left. And all the things she said about her father during this whole time was a lie. Can't wait to read the next part.
This was my favorite book in the whole series! It was so suspenseful! I love making predictions in books and seeing if I was right. In this book my suspicions were absolutely correct! This book was serious yet funny! The author did an amazing job describing what happened! I finished this book in a day because I had to know what happened next! This is and amazing series and I absolutely recommend it!
There was a date in one chapter that threw me off. It is supposed to be January instead of December. I didn't like how she kept interrupting Alex when he wanted to explained what happened. I dislike when characters do this. It hinders the progression of the situation. However, I understand whey it is done. And wow...that ending...I suspected Isaac to be an undercover cop or... Overall, I enjoyed the story. Another great read.
It's amazing how books and romance like this one can make me roll around frantically when I'm reading this.
I do think that this one book was probably most predicable, I knew exactly what was going to happen and it kind of spoiled it for myself. But I still loved reading it.
Its so easy to read and has a good flow to the story.
I hated how they had to keep secrets I felt sorry for how they had to stay away from each other but they couldn't because they saw each other everywhere at the most inconvenient times I can't believe her mom made her go on that stupid diet what the hell is wrong with her and then when she faints because of it her mom just gets up and leaves all packed out of the house it just made me irritated
Lots of secrets, even more than hinted at in the description and tons of stress for Steph means lots of drama. I was actually surprised at times. I love the characters. I just can not get over the inappropriateness of a student-teacher relationship like this. Of course, that could be that all of my teachers growing up were "old" and definitely not crush-worthy in any way.
Like the other books, this is a short contemporary romance book. Really loved it although the ending was predictavle since the beginning of book two. The protagonist gets a little annoying because she is to focus on Alex not being with her, and that kills her. Me, rolled eyes!! But still, is a quick read so wasn't something that made me so mad, so five stars.
In this book, Steph's life is about to take a turn she wasn't expecting. This book had betrayal, lies and harmful secrets and you keep you turning pages well into the night. Great story just a little short.
Secrets to Keep is the 3 book in the Webster Grove series. I found this book as good as the previous books in this series. And even though I like some books changing perspectives I was happy that this book didn't add another perspective.
This wasn't as adorable as the previous one but I still really liked it. Then ending though... I had already guessed it. Plus is just me or is a Nate-Steph relationship looking so much better than a Alex-Steph relationship? I really think they would be good together.
