Alright guide for anyone getting into running. There is nothing I couldn't have found online, but I don't have time to look for the basics of running, training schedules and other handy stuff the book includes. If you do have time, look elsewhere.
I definitely feel I made a good decision picking up this book. Very useful for a person such as myself who is just looking into running. Great tips and pointers.
