This is one of my favourite cake recipe books. It has amazing pictures, excellent recipes for all types of cakes, tarts, flans, cheesecakes, meringues, etc! you name it, it's between the pages of this book. I love the oh so decadent recipes! Ultimate cakes really pushes the envelope and takes cake making up a notch or two! This book is for both novice bakers and experienced bakers. The ideas help expand your creativity elevating cake making to whole new level. In this book there's a cake for every occasion!

Excellent for bakers! There's a great variety of tasty recipes, clear instructions, lots of tips, and plenty of color photos.
