Plain old burgers? No such thing. With Raichlen's Burgers, the doors to burger mastery are flung wide open. There's the all-American version (seasoned with little more than salt and pepper), but there's also a New Mexican Green Chile Burger, an Herb Butter Burger, a Oaxacan-Spiced Turkey Burger, a veggie burger and a tuna burger. It's 25 of the world's best--featuring the Really Big Bosnian Burger!--from bestselling Barbecue! Bible author Steven Raichlen.

What I like about this book is that Raichlen gives a little biography about each burger recipe. I've got tons of new recipes to try. I also like that he's got some recipes for sides and sauces at the end. It's not as comprehensive as some of his other books, but I got it free in exchange for getting his newsletter, so I wasn't expecting too much.
Great little cookbook. It is free, but don't let the fool you. This is packed with some DELICIOUS ideas! Takes about 30 min to an hour to read. Bookmark your favorites. And it goes WAY beyond your basic beef burger.
Plenty of tips, tricks, techniques, and recipes. From grinding your own meat to making homemade ketchup and everything in between. I plan on firing up the grill and trying out the Honey Musard Sauce for dinner tonight, sounds soooo yummy.
