Two-Bite Cupcakes
Small cupcakes, big taste!
Enjoy the deliciousness--but avoid the guilt! These cupcakes are a yummy pleasure, but because they're only a few nibbles each, they're not TOO much of an indulgence. In fact it's even possible to enjoy two or three without going overboard. And that's a good thing, because with cupcakes this scrumptious, who would want just one?

I love cupcakes and two bite cupcakes are even better! This cookbook has loads of delicious recipes which I have been working my way through! A must have for the cupcake lover in your life.

Cupcakes are the "it" item right now and mini cupcakes make a perfect choice for so many reasons. They are small, yummy and you can try one, two or more with feeling guilty!
Several of the recipes caught my eye... I can hardly wait to try the Spiced Honey Cupcakes.
I found that this recipe book had a nice variety of flavours: from a section dedicated to chocolate, to savoury cupcakes and sections on filling and icings.

Challenging book even though the end result is only two bites....I had to buy this one and aim to conquer some of Goren's recipes. Intriguing flavor combos in some cases, mine will likely never be this well decorated.

Easy recipes that can look so fancy for just two bites. Everything from vanilla cream & meringue cupcakes to cornbread cupcakes. Definitely fun and great ideas to break out from your average cupcakes.
