i very nearly walked away from browsing this book
but after another 5 minutes, i said i vaguely recall her name
but she wasn't on my 'zillion cookbook buying list' yet....

Her 1982 main chinese cookbook escaped my radar, but every reprint has a different cover
and if i recall right, a newer edition added a few recipes and did the horrendous crime of pushing out a few... which no cookbook should ever do unless it's a real disaster

here are i think the most interesting stuff within!

Beautiful book, interesting recipies that require a lot of special ingredients. Haven't made many of these because of this...

I'm all into ethnic food, Asian cuisine is one of my favorites, and I'm learning to love wraps more and more. This cookbook is full of great ideas for trying wraps.
