Change of Routine Recipes to Try

The recipes look like they’ll be tasty. My biggest grievance is most recipes call for sugar or stevia even the veggie and meat recipes. Jesus would be using honey to sweeten things. We also don’t need to be adding sweeteners to our veggies. I also disagree with using soy and skim milk that the author recommends. Raw milk, and whole Greek yogurt are less processed and better for your health than low fat.

A lot of fun especially all of the Biblical references.

I am fairly new in my current Christian life and this title jumped at me in library.

I think everyone should read this even if they are not religious. It has truly changed the way I eat. I will never eat the same again.
