Rate this book
Do you find yourself struggling to remember phone numbers? And car registration? Do you find your concentration wandering after a few minutes during meetings? You need to train your brain and sharpen your mental reflexes. The 10 Minute Brain Workout is a structured program of logic tests, verbal reasoning and problem-solving exercises that have been shown to increase the flow of blood to the brain, boosting the supply of oxygen. The book's informative introduction explains how cognitive functions such as attention, memory, language, visual and spatial awareness can be simply and quickly stimulated, and what difference this can make to you. This series of mind-stretching challenges, ranging from mathematical sums and tailor-made Sudoku and Kakuro to comprehension and recall exams, are accompanied by all the lifestyle and diet tips you need. This book coincides with the US release of the Nintendo games Brain Age and Big Brain Academy which have sold over 3 million copies in Japan alone!

I liked the information at the beginning. It was like a summary of what foods are good etc. I just didn't want to the brain teasers lol. School seems like enough brain teasing to me for now.
