Dora and Boots are excited to see the Easter Bunny and the egg hunt; but as the rabbit is bringing his basket Swipper the Fox steals the basket. So it's up to Dora and boots to get it back. This was a nice Dora book; it didn't have much of the interactive mode to it like some of the other Dora books. Which in my opinion, is nice due to it's a storybook not a interactive television show.

The plot lurches along, very much like cartoons for a very young child.

This, of course, is the purpose of "Dora's Easter Bunny Adventure."

If this picture book convinces some children that they like to read, it will have served its purpose.

Personally, I prefer book that were written by a person, not a committee, and then adapted by a brave prose stylist like Veronica Paz.

The Hip Hop Bunny is a challenging character to voice while reading this book aloud. I settled on an early Beastie Boys tone, but the awkward rhythms of his rhymes kept tripping me up. Not recommended.

A typical Dora story including Swiper, Boots, Isa, the Hip Hop Bunny and more. This book, if you're not familiar with Dora, has some Spanish words within it, including the colors of the rainbow. There is a rainbow waterfall as well. The Hip Hop Bunny's Easter basket is stolen by Swipe then thrown far away and needs to be found. Dora and her friends embark on this adventure together and with the help of Map will learn where to go.
