Natural born wicca Elizabeth Xavier likes her life just the way it is. She has a beautiful lake house. Power to rival just about anyone. And seven men that cater to her every desire. What she didn't expect was to be asked to perform a binding ceremony in the local were-bear den and tie herself forever to a were-bear as a permanent guard. She didn't like anyone telling her ...more

Wow! I loved this story. Ok, so it is a freebie with horrible cover art, but please don't let that discourage you from reading it. The story revolved around Elizabeth, a natural born witch, that came into a lot of power on her 18th birthday.

Her coven is allied with personal guards: were-falcons, were-tigers, were-bears, were-serpents, and were-wolves. So there is plenty of hot man meat for Elizabeth to enjoy. She also supplies blood to the master vampire. Well Elizabeth's life is turned upside

Although I have rated this book as OK, which is two stars in my book, it was a huge disappointment to me. It came nowhere near to my expectations of a great story wrapped around oodles of shifter(mainly bear)/human (mainly witch) sex.

There was a fairly good story, but very long and drawn out, but a lot was lacking.

For a start, the heroine of the piece, Elizabeth, is supposed to be a very powerful, "natural" witch. In the whole book, she only casts two spells! One of those is to "collar" her were

My first book by this author but it’s been on my kindle ages so high time I read it. Now if honest I’d got this because Amazon kept recommending this author but I’m not particularly a ménage reader although hopefully I’m no prude . It’s obviously the beginning of a series so introducing the world of these shifters but here we do get various paranormals introduced.
Ok star of the story is Elizabeth a witch with appetites but she has to settle down. Now into this comes the knowledge that perhaps E

Never judge a book by its cover. This isn't the best cover I've ever seen and I was hesitant to read this one... but I liked the excerpt for it so I decided to give it a chance since I got it on one of the free days. Let me just say I loved this book! I've always dug romance books that have menage (two men and one woman) and this one does not disappoint.

I enjoyed the heroine but I enjoyed her two mates more :) I definitely will be following/stalking this author in the future and seeing what othe
I have a tendency to get a wee bit... frustrated when characters in books aren't told pivotal pieces of information. Let's say, for example, that the ceremony one of them is about to take part in -- and has been pressured into from both her wiccan grandmother and the leaders of the bear clan -- is really a mating ceremony. This sort of secret keeping sort of sours any good feelings I might have had. Admittedly, this is something that bothers me a lot more than other readers. And I'm okay with th ...more

The thing I loved about this book is the fresh take on Wicca/Witches and Shapeshifters. It made a refreshing change to read something new rather than a different take on the same old.

This book is for the over 18s as it is quite detailed! and involves a menage a trois with twin were-bears.

There were bits about this book that felt rushed but that can be quite normal when a series starts, otherwise you would have the whole book explaining the why and wherefores without any story.

Really enjoyed thi

Ok It was good; however, I have to admit that being mated to twin brothers just creeped me out. They couldnt be cousins 4 times removed or something. lol During the erotic parts I had to makes them not related in my head.

Book Overview: Natural born wicca Elizabeth likes her carefree life just the way it is, filled with seven Equally gorgeous Guards that cater to her every desire sexual or otherwise (even if they don't like sharing).
But what she didn't expect was to be guilted into a binding ceremony in the local were-bear den and tie herself forever to a were-bear as a permanent guard (& more) to help form an allience between the were-bear den & her coven.
So the big question is will she give up the par

A captivatingly written tale which keeps the reader’s interest all the way through, and smoothly encourages readers to read the next novel in the series as well. Easy suspension of disbelief means that all seems natural and realistic, including the generational witches, were-tigers, were-wolves, were-serpents, were-bears, were-falcons, and vampires. It even makes sense in the context of this story that this young (18 for the third year) natural witch is so promiscuous (and, I might add, a good b ...more

I suppose my dislike of this book might just be a matter of taste. I dislike slut shaming and you would think that the fact that this MC was sleeping with 7 men and standing up for her right do so would be a good thing, but it wasn't. It rubbed me wrong for a couple reasons. First, they were the 7 most powerful men in the area, all fighting for her attention (the old she's so special for some unknown reason trope). Second, they bought her expensive gifts, like cars, and sent her the clothing the ...more

Elizabeth is a natural born wicca whose life has just been turned upside down… she’s been told to collar a bear for the good of supernatural relations and she gets not one but two sexy bears in this charming and passionate paranormal romance.

This fast paced and smooth flowing plot enthralls reader with lots of passion and suspense. The well written words and details bring the story to life and capture the imagination and the characters are strong compelling and grab the reader’s attention and th

This book is Fantastic! R.e Butler never ceases to amaze me :) . This book is amazing with enchanting characters. The story line is brilliant!. I love when a book has suspense, action, Romance, and super sexy male shifters in them lol . The sex scenes are a plus but even with out them this book would be fantastic! . The witch in this book is one lucky gal lol. She gets a set of sweet protective, sexy loving twin Bear shifters! . As with all the

Did not finish after only 2 pages. I hate when an author tries to explain the slow aging process and gives details that immediately don't make sense. Discontinuity is a major problem for me.

If a witch ages 12 years for every one human year after age 18 it make NO SENSE mathematically for the narrator to state that a someone (shifter?) who looks 25 could be "a few hundred years old". The most someone who looks 25 would be around 100. 500/12 = 41 so that person a few hundred yrs old would look AT

I really liked it.
Witches, were's and vampires
Really didn't like the main character at first. she was far too full of herself. And I couldn't wait for her to fall on her ass !!
Her two protectors soon put her in her place.
It was funny in places. And very intense.
Never too sure about brothers sharing the same woman, but it worked out well.
Will continue to read the series.

This is book 1 in the Wiccan-Were-Bear series. It's the story of play girl Elizabeth who is told she has to collar a bear to keep the Alliance between her Coven and the shifters. She has to give up 5 shifters and 2 vampires to take on a Were-Bear husband. What she finds are twins. Hot, sexy protective twins that mate her. This is the first book I've ever read from this author. I really like the style. I'm getting the rest of the books tonight to read this week.

It's been over a year since I read this book so I'll be updating this review at some point after I reread the book. Yes I remember liking it well enough that I'll be reading it again at some point.

I do remember being a bit irritated with Elizabeth's behavior at the beginning of the book, however I also remember that I liked the guys a lot and they were the first bear shifters I read about so that was a plus also.

short, sweet in the end, but the heroine had a bit of an over-inflated ego, it was a little tough to chew in the beginning, but she ended up all right. I struggle with these harem type books as yeah it sounds great for a minute, but if it was the other way around and I was the one fighting for someone's attentions, I would hate it, so golden rule and all, I seem to never truly enjoy books like this for what they are. haha

I loved this book it was a great read really fun. Elizabeth was a complete slut I have no eda why she won't admit it to herself but let's face it she was. But in the end she got luchky with two really hot guys. This one is so worth reading
This was a nice idea but due to fact that it was a novella much of it seemed rushed ... which was a pity because it could have been way better

This is like the billionth time I have reread this book, and I still really love it. Even though it is very short, less than a hundred pages, I still enjoy it. I always notice something new each time that I reread it. Now this book is definitely an adult book because there are many, many graphic sexual scenes, so if you are not comfortable with that sort of thing, I do not recommend checking this out, but I think you should give it a go if you're cool with that sort of thing. I could just k

2.5 stars. Not the best start for this series, later books are better.
Whilst I really enjoyed this different theme of story I wasn’t keen on Elizabeth and her morals, or lack thereof.
Didn’t find her particularly exciting as a witch, she thought too much of her powers, or found her that likeable due to her attitude about honouring the binding ceremony agreement. Agrees to tie herself to a bear shifter but plans to keep ALL her other men going too.
Found it funny Elizabeth ended up being bonded to

A true born Wiccan, Elizabeth is happy with her life. She is bound to no one but herself. Being necessary for the rituals to keep peace amount the shifters she has bodyguards. Several of those guards are her lovers. As well as two vampires and a falcon. But a time has come for Elizabeth to bind herself to one to keep her truly safe. And the bears had won that right. It is a diplomatic thing and she believes that even once it is done, her life will remain her own. Surprise, surprise!!! Not only d ...more
This story was....meh. That's about the best I can say. The heroine is young so there can be some leeway given to her maturity. There were several areas and details that made me think this was not book 1 in the series, comments of a continuation. I liked the character pairing with the Bear twins and the dynamic they have as a 3 way relationship, but I still have too many unanswered questions. At 91 pages I just didn't get enough to feel satisfied.

She has seven men to cater to her every desire but they.want to do a collar ceremony to find her with local were-bear clan as her permanant guard. When she did it she ended with twins. After saying she wasn't going to change her lifestyle it changed and some of the man wasn't happy

Didn’t like Elizabeth. She didn’t know what collaring a bear meant, didn’t ask and then was too stubborn to back down. Like, ASK !!
Got better as I read more so I gave it three and not two stars like I was.

why why why was this SOOOOOO short.

I just don't understand this was SUCH A GOOD IDEA and the writing was good and the characters where amazing but damn 91 pages was not long enough.

Ash and Axe ummmm yes please.

Pretty amazing

It's fun when you're looking for a quick story and you pick up an old read that's been sitting on your kindle for two years and it does not disappoint. I found the entire story sexy and entertaining.
