I'd say it's a well written, absolutely useful book that is easy to understand and follow. I used it both in Advanced Counselling and in Principles of Cognitive Behavioural Intervention. Have used this in practice, both ideas and worksheets. Clients have enjoyed easy to read format of pages given when used. This is just a guide...techniques will become easier when practiced and this is a very helpful tool to use for that. Gives several ideas and helpful hints for difficult to reach clients as well.
