This is a fun book if you remember the TV series or have read more in the series of these books otherwise you might be a little bit lost starting with this book. It's a good story but you don't get much in the way of character development and it can be tough to like people that you do not know.

In the first book Keirnan's narrative seemed exciting and the back story was interesting. I think this however was written in a weekend. Granted the show and characters were never too deep, so maybe Kiernan did the best a media tie-in author could do.
