I thought this book might be useful but for me after reading half of it I found it hard to grasp. I didn't felt I've learned anything useful either.
Had to drop it.

Important intro to large project methodology.

It hasn't stood up well to the test of time, but has some moments of excellence - particularly the chapter on estimation.
