I did like the book, I thought it had a lot of good tips. I feel like the title is a bit misleading. Most of the book was about leaders having to deal with difficult associates. It wasn't very balanced in that regard. I think tip 121-151 was the part that would mostly help associates vs leaders.

Many of the Issues and situations mentioned do exist in my culture. Although some of the solutions are inapplicable in that culture, I was able to imagine what would be an appropriate behavior.
It was very interesting read and offers great knowledge of day-to-day issues that might just slip someone's mind. It sheds a light on problematic incidents that could easily get the better of us, thus, making it easy and clear to identify the situation that you are being placed in and maybe helps you react better and more calmly the next time you should encounter a difficult coworker.
Furthermore, it has solutions for different positions and levels, such as, Owner, Manager, employee and HRM, but still generic and self-development related.
I would definitely recommend this book to whom ever needs it and on a personal level i would like to read the books from the same series.

Quick tip 152: just in case you forget, you are most assuredly the person someone else is thinking about when they are reading this book. We are all difficult people, perhaps by reading this book and applying what I garnered, I will be less difficult for some one else.

It really felt like it was stretched to reach 151 ideas. More importantly, many of the suggestions felt rather low on empathy or didn't appear to show a desire to understand the person who the author finds difficult. It also seemed as though the difficult behaviour defined the person.

Yeah, my duties at work are expanding, and so my boss gave me this book to read. More on the content after I get through more of it.
